• Microcrystalline cellulose

• Croscarmellose sodium

• Magnesium stearate

• Colloidal silicon dioxide

• Anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate

The extra nonmedical ingredient in 1 mg capsule is FD&C Blue No. 2 Indigo Carmine Aluminium Lake.

Uses of champix

The main use is to stop smoking. If this medication is used in a stop-smoking program (including education, counselling, and support), they provide better results. The risk of having any lung or heart disease is lowered if the person quits smoking. This medication blocks the nicotine′s effects in the brain that creates the urge to smoke.

Champix and pregnancy

Champix should not be used during pregnancy as it may be harmful for the unborn baby. It should only be consumed if the benefits outweigh the risks involved.
